Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were tastefully appointed and had a generous bathroom, just like the pictures, allowing us to rest for the next day challenges. The service was pleasant and helpful, although there was an issue with card payments being falsely claimed as not accepted. The location was excellent, striking a balance between being in a quieter part of town yet close enough to walk back easily after dining out, near the cable car for easy access to the ski lifts. The dining had a really big choice but was sparse and overpriced, lacking modernization. The facilities provided were satisfactory, but not outstanding.
Staying at the hotel was a lovely experience. The rooms, although facing the back with no view, were spacious and cozy, surrounded by trees which provided a nice quiet ambiance. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even lending us umbrellas on a rainy day. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the ski gondolas and village center, although saunas had restricted hours. Dining options were varied, with a wide choice and excellent quality.
The hotel offers beautiful views from rooms with neon strip lights as main lights, but the space is limited. The staff are helpful and attentive, making the stay pleasant overall. The location is excellent, providing a quiet retreat yet close enough to easily explore the town. The dining options are good, although slightly overpriced. The facilities are well-maintained and add to the comfort of the stay.
